Press Brake Production Operative
Hours of Work: Rotating Mornings / Afternoons Shift Pattern
Mornings - Monday to Friday 6am to 2pm
Afternoons - Monday to Thursday - 2pm to 12 midnight
About the Role:
We are looking for a Press Brake Production Operative, where you will be assisting the experienced operator in loading/unloading tooling and parts safely into and out of the press brake. Be able to use a square and vernier protractor to assist in measuring parts. Be capable of learning new techniques whilst following detailed instructions. Understand health and safety on the shop floor.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Ideally having previous experience working in the metals industry, loading and unloading sheet metal goods.
- Experience fork lift truck driver.
- Ability to work well individually and as a team member.
- Position requires the ability to operate precision measuring devices such as calipers, square, micrometres, protractors, and tape measures.
