Assistant Property Manager — LTPS (LT Property Services)
You're right, it's repetitive. The opening paragraph and the "About LTPSL" paragraph are now both selling the same thing (career growth, training, progression), and "build a career" appears three times across the ad. Here's a tightened version that keeps the hook up front but cuts the overlap.
Assistant Property Manager — LTPS (LT Property Services)
Location: 16 Wigmore Street, London W1 | Salary: £27,500 per annum | Full time or part time considered | In person, 9.30am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday
Build a career in residential property management, hands on training and a clear path to progress, based in our Wigmore Street office in the heart of Central London.
LTPS is a focused, ambitious residential block management company with a growing portfolio concentrated in London. We are a professional business in an active period of growth, taking on new instructions and steadily expanding our team, and we promote from within rather than hiring externally as we grow. This is a genuine opportunity for direct exposure to an experienced Director and a varied, high quality portfolio.
The role
You will work closely with the Property Manager to deliver a consistently high standard of service across a portfolio of leasehold residential blocks. You will be a key point of contact for residents and leaseholders, coordinate contractors, support on service charge and accounting queries, and keep our systems and processes running accurately and efficiently.
We are not looking for someone to simply follow a script. We want a proactive individual who takes ownership, thinks ahead and looks for ways to improve the experience for our clients and residents.
What you will be doing
Handling enquiries from leaseholders and residents by email, letter and telephone with professionalism and care. Organising and supervising contractors for maintenance and repairs, ensuring works are completed properly and on time. Supporting the management of insurance claims from initial notification through to resolution. Liaising with leaseholders on service charge and rental accounting matters, logging and tracking queries through to closure on Qube. Maintaining accurate records, processing supplier payments and producing mail merge documents and reports as required. Keeping the Qube property management system updated and accurate, prior experience is desirable but full training will be provided.
What we are looking for
At least one year's experience working within residential block or estate management, ideally with a managing agent. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a genuine pride in how you represent yourself and the company to clients. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage a varied workload simultaneously without losing focus. A proactive mindset, you identify what needs doing before being asked and take responsibility for outcomes. A sincere interest in developing a long term career within estate management, with the ambition to progress. Familiarity with Qube property management software is an advantage but not a barrier to application.
What we offer
A central London office base on Wigmore Street, W1. Hands on training and genuine support from an experienced team. A clear path for career progression within a growing business that promotes from within.
How to apply
If you are motivated, organised and ready to grow with a business that is going places, we would very much like to hear from you. Please send your CV and a short covering note explaining why this role appeals to you.
