Responsibilities
- Perform various beauty treatments including facials, waxing, skincare, and makeup application with precision and professionalism.
- Deliver personalised consultations to understand clients’ needs and recommend suitable treatments.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in all treatment areas, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service by creating a relaxing experience for clients and addressing any queries or concerns effectively.
- Keep accurate records of treatments provided and client preferences for future reference.
- Stay updated with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products through ongoing professional development.
- Promote additional services and retail products to enhance client satisfaction and business growth.
- To be able to run your own beauty room and clientele.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Beauty Therapist or similar role is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Organised with attention to detail to ensure high-quality treatment delivery.
- Ability to work flexibly within the salon’s operating hours, maintaining professionalism at all times.
- Relevant certifications or licences in beauty therapy are advantageous but not mandatory for entry-level applicants.
