Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate front-of-house staff
- Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service that aligns with our brand standards.
- Oversee food and beverage service, including food preparation, cooking, bartending, and serving to ensure quality and presentation.
- Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and waitlist procedures to optimize guest flow.
- Enforce food safety regulations and uphold cleanliness standards across all front-of-house areas.
- Train new team members on service protocols, hospitality best practices, and safety procedures.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Skills
- Proven experience in restaurant or hospitality environments with a strong background in food preparation and culinary practices.
- Demonstrated supervising experience with team management skills that motivate and develop staff.
- Expertise in food safety standards and food production processes within a restaurant or hotel setting.
- Skilled in bartending with knowledge of drink recipes, bar setup, and alcohol service regulations.
- Strong leadership qualities combined with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask efficiently in busy settings while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of hospitality industry trends, including barista experience or kitchen experience is a plus.
