- Salary up to £40,000 basic with an OTE of approximately £48,000
- Monday to Friday working week with no weekends or late nights

Duties:
- Perform diagnostics, repairs, and servicing to manufacturer standards as a Master Technician
- Conduct MOT testing on-site as an MOT Tester
- Complete all work efficiently, ensuring high-quality standards are met
- Maintain accurate diagnostic reports and repair records
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve dealership targets and maximise customer satisfaction
- Keep up to date with manufacturer updates and technical advancements to ensure best practices
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Master Technician within a recognised motor trade environment
- Relevant qualifications, including MOT testing certification
- Strong diagnostic, repair, and technical skills
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong commitment to customer service and high standards
