We're looking for an enthusiastic, organised, and proactive Recruitment Coordinator to join our Head Office HR team. This is an exciting opportunity for a recruitment or hospitality professional to take ownership of recruitment across the Group, working closely with hiring managers and senior management to attract, engage, and recruit the very best people.
Based at our Head Office in Cumnock, the role involves regular travel to our hotels to support recruitment activities, build relationships with managers, and represent RAD Hotel Group at recruitment events.
- Managing recruitment campaigns across the Group.
- Conducting candidate pre-screening interviews.
- Coordinating and arranging interviews with hiring managers.
- Gathering and communicating interview feedback.
- Supporting managers to create and review engaging job descriptions and person specifications.
- Proactively sourcing candidates through LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
- Building talent pipelines for key operational and management roles.
- Organising, attending, and hosting recruitment events, careers fairs, and open days.
- Developing interview guides, competency-based interview templates, and recruitment toolkits.
- Supporting managers with recruitment best practice and interview techniques.
- Monitoring recruitment activity and producing recruitment reports and KPI information.
- Working to continuously improve recruitment processes and the overall candidate experience.
- Building strong relationships with colleges, universities, and local employment partners to attract future talent.
- Supporting the HR team with other areas of the HR function as required.
- Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, resourcing, or hospitality management.
- Experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Strong sourcing skills, including experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or similar platforms.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Confidence working with managers at all levels.
- A proactive approach with the ability to identify and attract talent.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent administrative skills.
- A full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel across our hotel locations.
- Hospitality recruitment experience is advantageous but not essential.
