- Lead project delivery from pre-construction through to handover, ensuring contracts are delivered safely, on time and to budget.

Coordinate design development, planning, procurement and client communications.

Manage subcontractors, supply chain partners and internal stakeholders.

Maintain programme schedules, progress reporting, risk registers and quality assurance.

Ensure rigorous commercial control and proactive risk mitigation.

- Proven experience managing fa\u00e7ade, building envelope or complex construction packages.

Strong technical understanding of fa\u00e7ade systems, specifications and construction sequencing.

Commercially minded, with the ability to manage budgets, change and contract variations.
