Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Deputy Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the restaurant’s daily operations, ensure excellent customer experiences, and foster a positive team environment. Your leadership will help maintain our standards of quality, efficiency, and friendly service during busy peak hours.
Duties
- Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service during peak times
- Support team members by providing guidance, training, and motivation to deliver outstanding customer experiences
- Help coordinate staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during busy periods
- Monitor food quality and presentation to uphold our high standards
- Address customer inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards in accordance with health regulations
- Contribute to creating a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and staff development
Experience
- Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant management roles, with a focus on team leadership
- Strong background in customer service and operational support
- Demonstrated ability to motivate and train staff effectively
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Experience with teaching or mentoring team members is highly desirable

Pay range includes tips
Pay: £14.00-£16.00 per hour
