Drummond Miller LLP is looking for an experienced and motivated Legal Secretary / Administrator to join our expanding Private Client team in our Bearsden office.

The Role
Working as part of our Private Client team, you will provide high-quality administrative and legal support, helping ensure the smooth and efficient running of the team and office.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing professional, efficient and high-quality support to the Private Client team
- Handling telephone enquiries from clients and other solicitors in a professional and helpful manner
- Managing incoming post, correspondence and document management
- Maintaining and managing the deed store
- Assisting with the basic drafting of wills and preparation of Power of Attorney registration forms
- Producing correspondence and documents using audio dictation
- Providing general administrative support and contributing to the smooth running of the office
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across the team and wider firm
About You
We are looking for someone who is organised, approachable and takes pride in delivering a high standard of work.
Ideally, you will have:
- Previous Private Client experience and knowledge
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively
- The confidence to work independently and use your own initiative, while knowing when to seek guidance
- Excellent client-care skills and the ability to manage client expectations professionally
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel
- A positive, adaptable and collaborative approach to teamwork
- A genuine commitment to providing an excellent service to clients
