Bell —one of the UK’s largest and most trusted Property Services contractors—is looking for an experienced Plasterer to join our dynamic Asset Management Central Scotland team supporting projects across Ayrshire
About the Role
You'll be a key player in delivering top-notch plastering works, contributing to a range of exciting projects across domestic and commercial sites. Whether it's working in someone’s home or a business premises, you’ll bring precision, professionalism, and pride to every job.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Carrying out high-quality plastering in line with project timelines
- Preparing surfaces, applying finishes, and ensuring a clean, professional workspace
- Engaging with clients and residents respectfully and professionally
- Adhering to all on-site health & safety and PPE regulations
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of professional plastering experience with NVQ Level 2 qualification, or 5 years professional plastering experience
- Experience on Social Housing and Reactive maintenance / Void property works
- Strong technical knowledge and a high standard of finish
- Ability to use hand held PDA to update ongoing works
- Ability to work at height and bring your own basic tools
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Self-motivated, reliable, and take real pride in your work
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
- Confident in managing van stock
- Full Clean Driving Licence
