Seaton Nursing Home is looking for a compassionate and reliable Healthcare Assistant (Care Partner) to join our dedicated care team. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents by delivering high-quality, person-centred care in a supportive environment.
About the Role
As a Care Partner, you will support residents with their daily needs while promoting dignity, independence, and wellbeing. You will work closely with colleagues to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting
- Support residents with mobility and daily activities
- Assist with meals and hydration
- Build positive relationships with residents and their families
- Maintain accurate care records
- Follow all health and safety and safeguarding procedures
What We’re Looking For
- A caring and compassionate nature
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Reliability and a strong work ethic
- Previous care experience is desirable but not essential (full training provided)
