SuperPark is an all-in-one indoor activity park designed to provide fun, movement, and memorable experiences for guests of all ages. We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Reception Supervisor to lead our front-of-house team at our Braehead venue.
The Role
As Reception Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operation of the reception and admissions area, ensuring every guest receives a warm welcome and outstanding customer service. You will support, coach, and motivate reception team members while maintaining efficient operational standards and a positive guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the day-to-day operation of the reception and admissions desk.
- Lead, train, and support reception team members.
- Ensure guests are welcomed professionally and efficiently.
- Handle bookings, ticket sales, memberships, and customer enquiries.
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Monitor cash handling and payment procedures.
- Assist with rota planning and team scheduling.
- Maintain accurate records and reporting as required.
- Support management in achieving customer service and operational targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and safeguarding procedures.

- Previous experience in a customer-facing supervisory role.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience handling customer enquiries and complaints.
- Good organisational and administrative skills.
- Comfortable using booking, ticketing, and POS systems.
- Flexible approach to working evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Desirable
- Experience within leisure, hospitality, entertainment, or family attractions.
- First Aid certification.
- Experience with admissions or membership systems.

Working Hours
This role will include a mixture of weekdays, evenings, weekends, and public holidays based on business requirements.
Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
