Rowland House is a specialist mental health residential service providing rehabilitation, care and support to vulnerable people with complex mental health conditions.
We want every individual we look after to feel as if they are being supported by a family member and to feel completely at home and at ease in our service.
What you'll be working:
Your hours are based on a rota working every other weekend.
- 2 part time positions & 1 Full time position
- Part-time - 24 hours
- Waking Nights
- £31,098.09 (FTE) per annum pro rata
What you'll be doing:
As a member of our team, you will support residents to achieve outcomes in areas such as:
- Mental wellbeing
- Independent living skills
- Medication/ including self-management
- Physical health and wellbeing
- Community integration and social inclusion
- Education, volunteering and employment opportunities
- Building and maintaining healthy relationships
- Financial management and budgeting skills
- Meaningful occupation and purposeful daily activities
- Positive risk-taking and risk management
- Emotional regulation and resilience
- Relapse prevention and recovery planning
- Supporting our residents with day to day needs which might include personal care
What you'll have:
- Successful candidates will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBS
- Flexible, professional, and positive approach to multi-site working.
- Proven reliability in terms of full attendance and timekeeping.
- Ability to work as part of a team and as an individual.
- Self-confidence and ability to manage challenging situations
