Professional Presentation & Customer Service
Pretty Little Parties is a premium, luxury events brand, so how you present yourself and interact with customers is extremely important.
You will need to have a professional and presentable appearance, a friendly and approachable manner, and be confident communicating with customers. You will be representing the business at people’s homes, children’s parties, weddings and events, so a high standard of professionalism is expected at all times.
Important: Physical Requirements
This is a physically demanding role. You will regularly be required to lift, carry and move heavy and bulky equipment, including bouncy castles, so you must be physically capable and comfortable with regular heavy lifting.
Flexibility
The hours will vary depending on bookings, making this the perfect role for someone looking for extra income over the weekends.
Depending on the day’s bookings, there may be time between a drop-off and collection. You can either use this as your own free time, or, if you prefer, use the time to clean, prepare and organise equipment ready for the next booking.
I can offer shifts around your availability, but I would need at least 7 days’ notice that you are available and able to commit to the shift.
You will need:
