ARCA Bespoke Furniture Ltd is looking to expand its workshop team in Hampton, Greater London.
We manufacture high-end bespoke furniture and joinery for luxury residential and hospitality projects throughout London and are currently looking to recruit:
- 1 Experienced Bench Joiner / Furniture Maker
- 1 Mid-Level Bench Joiner / Carpenter
- 2 Multi-Skilled Workshop Assistants
Our work includes:
- Bespoke furniture manufacturing
- Joinery and cabinetry
- Upholstery framework construction
- Veneering and laminating
- Specialist finishes
- Prototype and custom-made pieces
- Site fitting and installations
Experienced Bench Joiner / Furniture Maker Requirements:
- Previous experience in bespoke furniture manufacturing, cabinet making or bench joinery
- Experience manufacturing upholstery frameworks and upholstered furniture structures
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Confident using woodworking machinery and hand tools
- Experience with veneering, laminating and furniture assembly
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Reliable, organised and motivated approach to work
- CNC experience advantageous but not essential
Mid-Level Bench Joiner / Carpenter Requirements:
- Previous workshop experience within joinery, furniture manufacturing or carpentry
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Confident using woodworking machinery and hand tools
- Willingness to learn and develop further skills
- Good attention to detail and a positive attitude
Workshop Assistant Responsibilities:
- Furniture assembly
- Sanding and preparation works
- Loading and unloading deliveries
- Packing and handling finished items
- Assisting with furniture installations
- Workshop organisation and maintenance
- General support to joiners and furniture makers
We are looking for people who genuinely care about quality and craftsmanship and who would like to develop within a professional bespoke furniture workshop environment.
Salary Levels:
- Workshop Assistants: £14–£17 per hour depending on experience
- Mid-Level Bench Joiner / Carpenter: £18–£20 per hour
- Experienced Bench Joiner / Furniture Maker: £21–£24 per hour
- Exceptional all-rounders: negotiable

Please note:
- An initial paid 3-day probation period will apply for successful candidates.
- For candidates unavailable during weekdays, probation days on Saturdays can also be arranged.
- Salary and role progression will be reviewed after 6 months based on performance, skill development and overall contribution within the company.
Pay: £16.00-£24.00 per hour
