Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated response officer that is also willing to learn to be a control toom operator to join our team, Experience is not essential as training will be given
Response officer Duties
- Start of shift and end of shift vehicle inspections
- keeping the vehicles clean and tidy
- performing lockdowns of clients premises
- patrols of sites
- attending alarm call outs for intruder alarms and Fire alarms
Control operator duties
- Duty Logs
- Taking phone calls
- dealing with alarm activations
- Delegating jobs to the drivers
- contacting clients where necessary
- Calling static guard when they miss welfare checks
- Camera checks
- keeping the control room tidy
Requirements
- Must have Valid SIA License
- Polite
- Professional
- Punctual
- work well as part of a team
- Have initiative to also work alone
- Must speak Fluent English
