Position Overview: We’re seeking dedicated Servers to deliver exceptional service. From warmly greeting patrons to providing menu recommendations and ensuring seamless dining experiences, you’ll play a crucial role in creating memorable moments for every guest.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and escort them to tables
- Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items, specials, and beverages
- Take accurate food and beverage orders
- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns
- Process payments accurately
- Collaborate with team members to maintain service standards
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar hospitality role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude and passion for exceptional service
- Flexibility to work 5 days a week across days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Full-Time required
