We are a growing property maintenance company operating across London. We are looking for an experienced and reliable Property Maintenance Technician to join our team. You will be responsible for attending residential and commercial properties to carry out high-quality repairs, maintenance, and installations.Key Responsibilities
- General Repairs: Fixing doors, windows, locks, and assembling furniture.
- Basic Plumbing: Repairing leaks, unblocking drains, replacing taps and valves.
- Basic Electrics: Changing light fittings, switches, sockets, and bulbs safely.
- Painting & Decorating: Touching up paintwork, plastering small holes, and tiling.
- Property Inspections: Identifying maintenance issues and reporting them back to the office.
Requirements & Experience
- Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in property maintenance or a similar handyman role.
- Driving Licence: Valid UK driving licence (clean record preferred).
- Tools: Must have your own basic set of hand and power tools (specialist equipment provided).
- Skills: Multi-skilled background (plumbing, carpentry, painting) is highly desirable.
- Communication: Good level of English to communicate with clients and team members.
- Right to Work: Must have the legal right to work in the UK.
Pay: £13.72-£22.67 per hour
