We are seeking an experienced Immigration Solictor to join our legal team in providing expert advice and representation to clients on immigration matters. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in assisting individuals and businesses with their immigration needs.
Duties:
- Provide legal advice and guidance on immigration issues to clients
- Prepare and submit visa applications, appeals, and other legal documents
- Represent clients in immigration hearings and court proceedings
- Conduct legal research on immigration laws and regulations
- Negotiate with government authorities on behalf of clients
- Keep abreast of changes in immigration laws and policies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files
Experience:
- Qualified solicitor or barrister with a valid practising certificate
- Proven experience working as an Immigration Lawyer
- Strong knowledge of UK immigration laws and procedures
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Experience in handling a diverse caseload

Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize tasks
Pay: £19,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
