Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Property Manager to oversee the management of residential properties within our portfolio. Duties
- Oversee daily property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations to ensure smooth functioning.
- Utilize property management software such as Yardi to track rent collections, lease agreements, and maintenance requests efficiently.
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to uphold safety standards and aesthetic appeal.
- Manage tenant inquiries professionally via phone and email, ensuring prompt resolution of issues.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for repairs, upgrades, and routine maintenance activities.
- Implement upselling strategies to promote additional services or lease options that benefit tenants and increase revenue.
- Maintain accurate data entry records related to leasing activities, payments, and property expenses.
- Supervise administrative tasks including lease documentation, renewal processes, and financial reporting.
- Lead a team of property staff by providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with accounting teams for timely rent collection and expense management.
- Prepare reports on property performance metrics for senior management review.
Requirements
- Proven experience in property management or real estate administration with a minimum of three years in a supervisory role.
- Proficiency in Yardi or similar property management software is essential.
- Strong office experience with excellent data entry skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated administrative experience managing lease agreements, payments, and vendor relationships.
- Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with tenants, vendors, and team members.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
- Knowledge of local landlord-tenant laws and regulations is preferred.
- Ability to identify opportunities for upselling additional services or lease options.

Pay: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
