Warehouse Operative – Fixed Term 3 Month Contract

With 8 depots across the UK and continued growth, we are looking for flexible and reliable Warehouse Operatives to join our team in Luton on a fixed term 3 month contract.

This role is ideal for individuals looking for flexible working opportunities who can support the warehouse operation during periods of increased demand, holidays, and peak activity. While there are no guaranteed hours under a zero-hours contract, we value the contribution of our team members and will offer shifts based on business requirements and availability.

The Role
As a Warehouse Operative, you will support the day-to-day running of the warehouse, ensuring operations are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Your duties may include:
- Picking, packing, and preparing customer orders
- Carrying out stock checks and maintaining accurate inventory records
- Product refurbishment and quality checks
- Supporting deliveries, collections, and stock transfers
- Loading and unloading vehicles safely
- Maintaining a clean, tidy, and organised warehouse environment
- Following all company Health & Safety procedures and safe working practices
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve operational targets
Key Requirements
- Previous warehouse experience is desirable but not essential
- Reliable and flexible approach to work
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Good attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Ability to follow instructions and work safely within a busy environment
- A valid FLT licence is essential for this role
Working Arrangements
This is a fixed term contract, offering flexibility to work shifts that are available and align with your availability. Shift requirements may vary depending on operational needs.
