Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, supporting office operations, and ensuring smooth communication within the organisation. Duties
- Managing incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and directing enquiries appropriately
- Organising and maintaining files, records, and documentation in both physical and digital formats
- Performing data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office and our intergrated tyre system TyreOps
- Assisting with scheduling appointments, meetings, and maintaining calendars
- Handling correspondence via email and other communication channels
- Supporting accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoicing and expense tracking using Sage
- Assisting with general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and ordering office supplies
- Ensuring the office environment remains tidy and well-organised at all times
- Taking Breakdowns and providing tyre assistance Nationwide
Skills
- Office experience with strong organisational abilities
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Experience with SAGE or similar accounting software is preferred
- Ability to focus on attention to detail
- Good phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Good understanding of clerical procedures and office management practices
