Heydays at Sideshore is Exmouth’s relaxed, beachside restaurant and bar with some of the best sea views in town. We serve great coffee, crowd‑pleasing food, cold pints, and easygoing hospitality from morning to sunset. With a dog‑friendly atmosphere, live music Fridays, and a steady flow of locals and beach‑goers, the venue has a warm, welcoming feel — and we’re looking for people who naturally bring that same energy.
We’re hiring Front of House and Bar Team Members who enjoy working with people, stay calm when it’s busy, and take pride in creating a smooth, friendly experience for every guest.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Greeting guests with a genuine, friendly welcome that sets the tone for their visit.
- Seating guests promptly and managing walk‑ins confidently during busy beach‑day rushes.
- Taking accurate food and drink orders and guiding guests through the menu when needed.
- Serving dishes, coffees, cocktails, and pints with care and consistency.
- Keeping the dining room and bar tidy, organised, and inviting throughout the shift.
- Handling questions and feedback with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Working closely with the rest of the team to keep service smooth during peak times and live‑music evenings.
What You’ll Bring

- Strong time‑management skills and the ability to multitask without losing your cool.
- Good numeracy for handling payments accurately.
