Overview
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Recruitment Consultant to join our team in a remote capacity. This role offers the flexibility of working from home while contributing to the organisation’s talent acquisition strategies. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, experience with applicant tracking systems, and a solid understanding of human resources processes. Duties
- Lead generation through various channels including social media management and networking to identify potential candidates
- Utilise ATS (Applicant Tracking System) platforms such as Workday, Taleo, PeopleSoft, and HRIS systems to manage candidate pipelines efficiently
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability based on client requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates through effective relationship management techniques
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role specifications and organisational needs
- Manage candidate onboarding processes and ensure a seamless recruitment experience
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities within CRM systems like Salesforce
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent pools
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in human resources and recruitment
Skills
- Proven experience in lead generation and social media management for recruitment purposes ( Fresh graduate can also apply. Training will be provided)
- Proficiency with ATS platforms such as Workday, Taleo, PeopleSoft, and HRIS systems
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and clients
- Strong relationship management skills to foster long-term partnerships
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools for tracking recruitment activities
- Knowledge of human resources principles, employment law, and best practices in talent acquisition
- Ability to adapt to various HRIS platforms including Workday, Taleo, PeopleSoft, and others as required
- Organised approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote working environment

Pay: £24,420.00-£55,170.29 per year
