Knowle Smile Spa is seeking an exceptional, highly experienced Treatment Coordinator (TCO) to become the commercial engine and primary patient advocate at our leading private practice.
This is a high-impact role designed for a master communicator who can confidently bridge the gap between complex clinical diagnoses and ethical, high-value revenue growth. If you are a top-tier TCO or an advanced dental nurse with extensive consultation experience ready to command your own department, we want to hear from you.
We are a modern, high-end, privately-focused practice in the heart of Knowle village. Our comprehensive treatments include Invisalign (Diamond Provider), Implantology, Endodontics, Sedation, and Facial Aesthetics. As our dedicated TCO, you will own the non-clinical relationship from initial inquiry to final transformation.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Drive Premium Case Acceptance: Lead high-conversion initial consultations for cosmetic, implant, and orthodontic patients, presenting complex plans with absolute clarity and authority.
- Master Consultation Technology: Utilize iTero intra-oral scanning, digital diagnostics, and visual before-and-after imagery to create an immersive, high-tech patient experience.
- Own the Patient Pipeline: Confidently guide patients through premium fees and third-party finance options, securing financial arrangements and managing your own consultation diary.
- Proactive Lead Nurturing: Track prospective leads via practice management software, executing robust follow-up systems to ensure zero opportunity leakage.
- Practice Growth & Brand Ambassadorship: Actively drive marketing initiatives, capture patient reviews/testimonials, and collaborate with clinicians to optimize referral pipelines.

What We’re Looking For
- GDC Registration (Essential): An experienced dental nurse, or dedicated dental professional with deep clinical knowledge.
- Proven TCO Track Record: Substantial prior experience managing dental consultations, demonstrating strong commercial acumen and high ethical conversion rates.
- Elite Communication Skills: A natural relationship-builder who handles fee discussions, financial objections, and clinical explanations with poise, warmth, and absolute discretion.
