Responsibilities
- Supervise all bar staff, fostering a motivated and cohesive team environment
- Oversee food and beverage preparation, ensuring quality standards are consistently met or exceeded
- Manage daily operations of the bar area, including inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness and safety protocols
- Deliver excellent customer service by engaging with guests, addressing concerns promptly, and creating a lively atmosphere
- Implement food safety procedures and ensure compliance with health regulations at all times
- Train new team members on food production techniques, serving standards, cocktail crafting, and responsible alcohol service
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to facilitate smooth food preparation and timely service during busy hours
Qualifications
- Proven management experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting with supervising responsibilities
- Extensive knowledge of food production, cooking techniques, and food safety standards
- Hands-on experience in bartending and barista roles with strong skills in beverage mixing and presentation
- Familiarity with food preparation processes and culinary practices within a restaurant environment
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate staff and oversee daily operations effectively
- Strong understanding of hospitality principles combined with excellent communication skills
- Experience in supervising food safety protocols, managing inventory, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness
