Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our vibrant team. As a Barista, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers while preparing high-quality beverages and food items. Your ability to multitask and manage time effectively will ensure that every customer receives exceptional service, making their experience memorable.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.
- Assist in food preparation, ensuring all items are fresh and presented beautifully.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the workspace, adhering to food safety standards.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, using basic maths skills for transactions.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, answering questions, and offering recommendations.
- Manage inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Skills
- Proficiency in food preparation techniques and knowledge of food safety practices.
- Strong basic maths skills for handling cash transactions and providing change accurately.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods.
