Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Property Manager to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of residential or commercial properties. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the property runs smoothly, efficiently, and safely, while delivering exceptional service to tenants and stakeholders. Your leadership will drive property performance, coordinate maintenance activities, and foster positive relationships with tenants, vendors, and team members. Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, tenant relations, and maintenance coordination
- Supervise maintenance teams and contractors to ensure timely repairs and preventative upkeep
- Lead project management efforts for property upgrades or renovations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
- Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, tenant communications, and operational reports
- Provide leadership by supervising staff, fostering teamwork, and promoting a positive work environment
Experience
Full training will be provided but the following skills will help.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, for clear reporting and stakeholder engagement

Pay: £25,420.00-£27,000.00 per year
