Trusted by businesses across the UK, our all-in-one software platform combines powerful HR and EHS functionality into an easy-to-use solution. As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Telemarketing Executive to join our expanding sales team.
The Role
This isn't a traditional cold-calling role.
You'll be speaking with business professionals who have already shown an interest in Evalu-8 by engaging with one of our marketing campaigns and visiting our website. Your role is to understand their requirements, answer initial questions about our software, and where appropriate, arrange an online demonstration with one of our experienced Software Consultants.
You'll be the first impression of Evalu-8, so confidence, professionalism and enthusiasm are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact businesses that have shown an interest in Evalu-8's software.
- Build rapport and identify potential opportunities.
- Discuss our HR and EHS software solutions with prospective customers.
- Answer initial questions confidently and professionally.
- Qualify leads and book online software demonstrations.
- Achieve daily call and demonstration booking targets.
- Maintain accurate records within our CRM system.
- Work closely with the sales and software consultancy teams.
About You
We're looking for someone who enjoys speaking with people and thrives in a target-driven environment.
You'll have:
- Previous telemarketing, telesales, customer service or business development experience.
- Excellent communication and telephone skills.
- Confidence speaking with business professionals.
- A positive attitude and outstanding work ethic.
- Energy, enthusiasm and self-motivation.
- Resilience and determination to achieve targets.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive team environment.
Most importantly, we're looking for someone with the right attitude. Full product training will be provided, so if you're motivated, eager to learn and willing to put the work in, we'd love to hear from you.
