Duties
- Greet guests warmly and take their beverage orders with enthusiasm and efficiency
- Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options, following all food safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and stocked
- Manage cash register transactions accurately using basic math skills to handle payments and give correct change
- Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible serving and ensure compliance with legal alcohol service regulations
- Collaborate with team members to deliver smooth service during busy periods and support overall venue operations
- Keep track of inventory levels, restocking supplies as needed to prevent shortages
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is highly desirable
- Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol serving practices
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with guests and team members effectively
- Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly and accurately for transactions
