MIG/TIG Welder Company Overview:
Our client, a specialist provider of high quality engineering solutions, are looking for an experienced MIG Welder to join their team. If you're a seasoned welder with a solid workshop background and can produce quality welds consistently, we want to hear from you.
MIG Welder Role and Responsibilities:
- Perform MIG/TIG welding on a variety of materials, ensuring high quality welds that meet specification.
- Work with a range of workshop tools and equipment including grinders, cutting machines, and fabrication tools.
- Read and interpret technical drawings to ensure precise weld placement and fabrication.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all health and safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Conduct inspection and quality checks on completed welds to meet industry standards.
MIG/TIG Welder Skills and Experience Required:
- Previous MIG/TIG welding experience
- Familiarity and competence in using a wide range of workshop tools and equipment.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
