Duties
- Plan, direct, and coordinate the internal HR function, developing strategies for workforce planning aligned with client-facing standards where relevant.
- Lead organisational development, applying people analytics to workforce data to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Oversee HR compliance frameworks, ensuring job descriptions and workforce structures meet statutory obligations before staff are assigned.
- Direct compensation, benefits, payroll, holiday entitlement, pension auto-enrolment, and health and safety policies, ensuring compliance organisation-wide.
- Coordinate training, development, and onboarding, setting induction standards and monitoring quality.
- Direct performance management, including appraisals, career development, and promotion pathways to support retention.
- Advise senior leadership on employment law, right-to-work, and sponsor licence obligations, directing compliance audits and record-keeping.
Experience
- At least 2 years of experience in a human resources management role, including supervising teams and managing complex projects.
- Extensive knowledge of human resources practices, employment legislation, and organisational policies.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms.
- Strong data analysis skills to interpret HR metrics effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver engaging presentations at all levels of the organisation.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in developing strategic HR initiatives that support organisational growth is preferred.
