Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Events Support Volunteer to help support the delivery of our veterinary clinics, microchipping days, community outreach initiatives, and fundraising events.
This is a hands-on role supporting practical event delivery and ensuring a positive experience for members of the public and their pets.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with the setup and pack-down of event equipment, gazebos, signage, and materials.
Support the smooth running of veterinary clinics and microchipping days.
Welcome and engage with members of the public in a friendly and professional manner.
Provide general administrative and practical support during events.
Help transport equipment and supplies to and from event locations (where applicable).
Represent the charity positively within the local community.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
Has a genuine passion for animal welfare.
Is friendly, approachable, and confident communicating with the public.
Thrives in community-based activities and enjoys working as part of a team.
Is reliable, organised, and willing to get involved.
Has time to give to support events throughout the year.
Desirable:
A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
Experience in events, customer service, or community engagement.
