We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead a diverse portfolio of exciting, high-impact projects that drive meaningful business change.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on variety, enjoys bringing structure to complex challenges and wants to see the tangible results of their work. You'll work closely with senior leaders and multidisciplinary teams, taking ownership of projects from concept through to completion while ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest standard.
No two projects are the same. Our business spans agriculture, hospitality, property, renewable energy and commercial operations, offering an unusually varied and rewarding project portfolio.
The Opportunity
Over the past ten years, we've successfully delivered projects including:
- Anaerobic digestion plant
- Tipi wedding venue
- Woodland management initiatives
- Hotel room renovations
- Two controlled atmosphere fruit storage facilities
- Solar CHP and electrical installations
- Landscape and habitat enhancement projects
- Farm infrastructure developments, including orchard buildings, drainage improvements and irrigation extensions
- Sourcing and implementation of new packing lines
- Residential developments, including new-build homes
- New campsite developments
- Property renovations
- Biomass boiler installations
- Large-scale geographical WiFi network installations
As our Project Manager, you'll continue to lead projects like these while helping identify and deliver the next generation of business improvements and investments.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of strategic, cross-functional projects.
- Translate business priorities into clear project plans, timelines and deliverables.
- Manage project budgets, resources, risks and dependencies to ensure successful delivery.
- Work closely with the leadership team to maintain momentum, alignment and effective decision-making.
- Coordinate internal teams and external contractors to achieve project objectives.
- Identify challenges early and implement practical solutions before they impact delivery.
- Improve project management processes and embed best practice across the business.
- Provide regular project updates and reporting to senior stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
You'll be an organised, proactive and commercially minded Project Manager who enjoys working with people and delivering practical solutions.
Ideally, you'll have:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, Programme Manager or in a similar role.
- A strong track record of delivering both straightforward and complex projects in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage at senior level.
- Strong commercial awareness combined with a hands-on approach to delivery.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience managing project budgets, reporting and risk.
- A recognised project management qualification such as PRINCE2, PMP or equivalent (desirable).
