How you'll help us make health happen:
As a Fulfilment Governance Executive, you'll play a key role in ensuring Bupa's fulfilment operations meet regulatory standards while delivering a world-class customer experience. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders and third-party suppliers to manage change, drive improvements, and maintain strong governance over fulfilment processes.
Here's what you'll be doing:

Overseeing the fulfilment of over 1.5 million documents annually, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Managing relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to support fulfilment performance.

Leading change initiatives to improve speed, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Monitoring fulfilment MI and using insights to prioritise workload and inform senior leaders.

Managing a £4 million budget, including purchase orders, accruals, and supplier spend tracking.
Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:

Strong decision-making skills with the ability to balance detail and wider business context.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the SWIFT platform is essential.
- Experience handling data and an investigative approach to tasks is desirable.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, including experience working with senior stakeholders.

Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Previous experience in fulfilment, governance, or customer operations is desirable.

As self-starter who is comfortable working autonomously.
