Part-Time Bar Staff – The Drum & Monkey
Location: The Drum & Monkey, Swadlincote
Hours: 10–16 hours per week (evenings & weekends essential)

What you’ll be doing:
- Serving drinks quickly and efficiently to a high standard
- Delivering excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere
- Handling cash and card payments accurately
- Keeping the bar clean, stocked, and well-presented at all times
- Supporting with opening/closing duties where required
- Working as part of a team during busy shifts, events, and live sport nights
What we’re looking for:
- Previous bar or hospitality experience preferred
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Confident, friendly personality with good communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and key events
