About The Role

Main Responsibilities
- Setting up and arranging tables and assisting with the preparation of special event spaces
- Greeting guests as they arrive at the venue, directing guests to tables, providing menus and taking orders
- Delivering food from the kitchen to guests at the table and out door dining space
- Keeping any bar and drink service areas fully stocked with beverages
- Taking drinks orders and serving drinks to guests at their table or throughout the venue
- Ensuring glasses and empty dishes are removed from indoor and outdoor areas, effectively and with sensitivity.
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails in line with a modern gastro pub setting
- Wiping down tables and chairs, removing rubbish and clearing event spaces

Pay: Up to £13.50 per hour [D.O.E]
