An exciting opportunity has arisen for an existing University colleague to bring their administrative expertise to a key role supporting programme delivery within Peninsula Medical School.
About the role
We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Programme Administrator to support the delivery of administrative services within the Peninsula Medical School, Faculty of Health. Working closely with Senior Programme Co-ordinators, you will provide efficient programme administration, coordinate meetings and events, manage student and programme data, and act as a key contact for students, staff and external stakeholders. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering a high-quality service.
You will:
- Provide effective administrative, reception and information support for degree programmes, ensuring a high standard of customer service.
- Maintain accurate records and data using a range of systems and databases, producing documentation and reports as required.
- Organise and support meetings, visits and events, coordinating schedules, facilities and associated arrangements.
- Respond to enquiries from students, staff, partners and stakeholders, providing timely information, advice and guidance.
- Support team planning, contribute to continuous service improvement, and provide guidance to administrative colleagues where appropriate.

For this role, you will need to be on site 3 days a week. Although we can accommodate working from home for this role, flexibility to be on-site will be expected due to business needs.
