What You'll Be Doing
As Contract Support, you'll play a key role in supporting the smooth delivery of our facilities management services by:
- Managing compliance records and ensuring statutory documentation remains up to date.
- Coordinating remedial works and monitoring completion.
- Producing monthly, quarterly and annual reports, including Work in Progress (WIP) reporting.
- Ensuring Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules and associated documentation are accurate and up to date.
- Participating in daily planning calls with the contract team.
- Supporting the Contract Manager with CAFM administration, including reactive maintenance, PPM records and reporting.
- Raising purchase orders and processing invoices.
- Planning maintenance visits, reactive call-outs, deliveries and additional works.
- Monitoring service delivery to ensure reactive works and PPMs are completed within agreed SLAs while achieving and exceeding KPIs.
- Building positive relationships with both clients and engineers to ensure excellent customer service.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is organised, motivated and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Ideally you'll have:
- Previous experience in a Contract Support or Facilities Management administration role.
- Experience using CAFM systems (Concept Evolution experience is highly desirable).
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Confidence working with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
