Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of professionals
- Coach and mentor team members on best practices, performance standards, and skill development
- Set and monitor team targets, KPIs, and performance metrics
- Conduct regular one-to-ones and performance reviews; identify development needs and opportunities
- Develop and implement strategies to drive efficiency, quality, and business impact
- Oversee workload management, project delivery, and operational excellence
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and partner teams to ensure effective collaboration
- Maintain accurate records and reporting systems; ensure data integrity
- Lead team meetings and foster a collaborative, continuous improvement mindset
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and induction of new team members
- Report on team performance and business impact to senior management
- Lead by example with professionalism, reliability, and commitment to excellence
