We’re excited to be bringing the spirit of Barcelona to Mere Green and are looking for a passionate, driven, and reliable Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team for our new opening.
This is a hands-on role for a Chef de Partie who takes pride in their section, thrives on consistency, and is committed to delivering food to brand specification from day one.

The Role:

Take ownership of your section, ensuring food is prepared and presented to Baresca standards

Deliver consistency, quality, and pace during service

Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen

Assist with prep, service, and maintaining a clean, organised section

Follow all allergen, food safety, and due diligence procedures accurately

Help maintain standards to support a 5* Environmental Health rating

Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen and front of house team

Support training and development of Commis Chefs and junior team members
About You:
Experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef ready to step up

Passionate about food, quality, and consistency

Well organised with strong attention to detail

A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn

Takes pride in their section and personal standards

Keen to develop and progress within a growing business

£13 per hour

Service charge average £3 per hour

OTE £16 per hour
Full and part time roles available - Baresca Mere Green is due to open in July.
