About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Baker to join our team. This is an early-morning role, so being able to start work at 4:00am, 5:00am or 6:00am is essential.
You must be able to travel to work by this time
The ideal candidate will either be an experienced baker or someone genuinely interested in learning the trade and developing their skills in a hands-on bakery environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing and baking Bagels
- Operating bakery equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food hygiene
- Ensuring products are ready on time for daily service
- Supporting the wider team where needed
Requirements
- Previous baking experience preferred, but not essential
- Willingness to learn and train in the baking trade
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong time management and reliability
- Must be able to travel easily to work and arrive for early morning start times (4:00am–6:00am)
- Ideally live locally or have reliable transport
