What you'll do: You'll deliver evidence-based psychological treatment to individuals experiencing gambling-related harms, working within individual and group settings across our residential programmes in Redditch. This is an opportunity to make a genuine, measurable impact—providing trauma-informed care that supports people in rebuilding their lives.
You’ll conduct specialist psychological assessments and deliver structured CBT interventions. Work with individuals experiencing addiction and co-occurring mental health difficulties, developing collaborative treatment plans. Facilitate psychoeducational groups and relapse prevention programmes.
Monitor clinical risk and safeguarding, maintain accurate records, and work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team. Participate in supervision, reflective practice, and contribute to audit and service improvement initiatives.
Experience needed
· Must be BABCP-accredited CBT Therapist (or actively working towards accreditation) with a postgraduate qualification in CBT.
· You have proven experience delivering CBT in mental health or addiction settings, conducting psychological assessments, facilitating therapeutic groups, and supporting people with complex trauma.
· Strong knowledge of CBT theory, evidence-based interventions, including some experience with addictions (such as Substance or Alcohol), and relapse prevention.

Additional therapeutic modalities (EMDR, DBT, ACT, CAT, MBCT, IPT) are desirable.

This role is based onsite at our treatment centre in Redditch B97.
35 hour week. Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
Pay: £49,000.00-£59,000.00 per year
