About Us:
MCR Barber Supplies is a well-established barber supply business serving barbers across the North West. With our new Bradford store opening and future expansion plans across the region, we are continuing to grow our mobile van service across Greater Manchester, Lancashire, Rochdale, Liverpool and surrounding areas.
We are looking for a reliable, motivated and personable Mobile Sales Driver who is confident driving, building relationships and helping grow sales with existing and new customers.
This is not just a delivery role — we are looking for someone who can become a familiar face within the barbering community and help continue building strong customer relationships across the region.
Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver barber supplies to barbershops across your assigned route
- Build strong relationships with customers and generate repeat business
- Introduce and promote products using a natural, soft-sales approach
- Identify opportunities to grow sales within existing and new accounts
- Keep accurate records of deliveries and customer orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the company van
- Represent MCR Barber Supplies professionally at all times
Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence (maximum 3 points preferred)
- Comfortable driving across the North West independently
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and work without supervision
- Previous sales or customer-facing experience is beneficial
- Arabic, Kurdish or Turkish speaking is an advantage due to our customer base
- Physically fit and comfortable loading/unloading stock
Pay & Benefits:
- £100 daily rate
- Additional commission and performance bonuses available

Working Pattern:
- 4 days per week
- Typical hours: 8am – 4pm
- Some flexibility may occasionally be required depending on routes and customer demand
