As a Business Administration Apprentice, you’ll kickstart your career while making a real difference, supporting programmes that help people into work and learning, gaining hands-on experience and building your skills. As Business Admin Apprentice, you will:
- Provide administrative support while developing practical business administration skills in a real work environment
- Learn how to coordinate activities and communications across the ESTAR team and partner organisations
- Support programmes that help young people and adults access work, training and learning opportunities
- Gain experience in maintaining accurate records, data and documentation to support team delivery
Work alongside experienced colleagues across departments, building skills and knowledge as part of your apprenticeship development

- can organise their work and manage their time effectively
- are accurate when entering and checking information, with good attention to detail
- communicate clearly and work well as part of a team
