Salary: £40,501 - £47,639
Hours: 36 per week
We have an exciting opportunity for a confident, personable and technically strong Construction Project Manager with contractor management experience.
Working in the Management and Factoring side of the High-Rise Management and Investment team, you will be involved in overseeing varying projects including construction, maintenance, health and safety and improvements with a site presence during delivery.
You will support the property managers, whilst working closely with Case Officers, as a first point of contact for site and works related enquiries. You will work closely with Council repairs teams who are responsible for providing responsive repairs for the High Rise blocks across the city.
We are looking for someone who has knowledge, experience and an understanding of housing, property and construction services whilst applying CDM (Regulations) 2015 principles aligning with Council Health and Safety policies. You should be confident in communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, internal and external including; designers, contractors, housing officers, tenant liaison officers, residents and concierge teams to drive forward projects.

Our salary range typically reflects the initial starting salary and annually increases until it reaches the top of the range.
