Responsibilities
- Perform professional nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and creativity
- Deliver a variety of beauty treatments such as facials, waxing, and makeup application to enhance client satisfaction
- Provide personalized consultations to understand client needs and recommend suitable treatments or products
- Maintain a clean, sanitized workspace adhering to health and safety standards at all times
- Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and effective communication skills
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and product knowledge to ensure top-quality service
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximize client flow and minimize wait times
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Nail Technician or Beauty Therapist with a portfolio of work (preferred but not mandatory)
- Proficiency in makeup application and various nail techniques such as gel, acrylics, and nail art
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly in English
- Excellent communication skills to understand client preferences and provide professional advice
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Certification or training in nail technology or beauty therapy is advantageous but not essential
