Limegreen Marketing is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our Birmingham city centre team. This is a customer-facing role for someone who enjoys meeting people, solving problems and creating a positive experience through genuine, helpful and professional service.
We are looking for someone with personality, initiative and a strong work ethic. Someone who can listen, think on their feet and adapt their approach to different customers rather than relying on the same response every time.
An immediate start is preferred.
The Essentials
Salary: £26,000 per year
Hours: Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm
Location: Birmingham City Centre, near the Bullring
Contract: Full-time, permanent
Working pattern: On-site
Start date: Immediate start preferred
Parking: Free allocated parking available for team members who drive
Your main responsibility will be to make sure every customer feels listened to, supported and well looked after.
You will:
- Welcome and engage with customers in a friendly and professional way
- Ask questions to understand individual needs
- Provide clear information, guidance and support
- Build genuine rapport and create a positive customer experience
- Answer enquiries and help resolve issues effectively
- Take ownership of customer interactions and follow through where needed
- Adapt your communication style to different people and situations
- Work closely with colleagues to maintain a high standard of service
- Share customer feedback and ideas that could improve the overall experience
Great customer service is often about the small things. Listening properly, noticing when someone needs help, explaining something clearly and taking the time to make sure the customer leaves with a positive impression.
Who we are looking for
You may already have experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, events, front of house or another customer-facing environment, although previous experience is not the only thing we consider.
