i4PD is an employee-owned product design and development consultancy based in Edinburgh. The company employs experienced and creative designers and engineers who operate out of i4PD’s studio on the south side of Edinburgh. We're looking for an Office Manager to play a central role in keeping our business running smoothly.
This is a varied, hands-on role covering office operations, facilities coordination, supplier management, financial administration and general business support. You'll work closely with the Managing Director, supporting the systems and processes that help our business operate effectively.
This role would suit an experienced Office Manager or a capable administrator ready to take the next step in their career.
What you'll bring
- Experience in office management, business support or workplace coordination.
- Experience coordinating facilities, reception, suppliers and maintenance activities.
- Experience supporting financial administration, such as invoices, expenses, purchase orders or payroll activities.
- Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Confidence using Microsoft 365 and business systems.
- A proactive approach and the confidence to follow up on actions and deadlines constructively.
- Bookkeeping experience or an AAT qualification would be advantageous but is not essential.
