About the Role
H2OiQ is recruiting two experienced commercial plumbers to deliver plumbing installations, repairs and maintenance across a range of client sites.
This is a practical, site-based role involving commercial pipework, fittings, fixtures, planned maintenance and fault finding. You will work independently on standard plumbing tasks, maintain accurate job records and represent H2OiQ professionally when working with clients and site contacts.
You will primarily work on the road from your home location and must be willing to travel nationwide, including overnight stays where required. Travel, accommodation and meals are paid.

Main Responsibilities
- Install, repair and maintain commercial plumbing systems
- Diagnose and resolve routine plumbing faults
- Work safely in line with risk assessments and company procedures
- Complete job records, photographs and reports accurately
- Communicate professionally with clients and colleagues
- Escalate complex or higher-risk technical issues appropriately
What We Are Looking For
You will be a reliable, self-motivated and experienced plumber who can work independently, manage changing priorities and maintain high standards of safety, quality and customer service.
You must have:
- At least three to five years’ plumbing experience, ideally in commercial environments
- Strong knowledge of pipework systems and technical drawings
- A full UK driving licence
- Good communication, organisation and digital reporting skills
- Willingness to travel nationwide and stay away overnight
Salary
£38,000 to £45,000 per annum
This role sits within a company-wide salary structure so the parameters are non-negotiable. Please do not apply if the advertised salary does not meet your requirements. Starting salary will be aligned to your skills, experience and capability, and may be positioned within the range rather than at the minimum.
